In keeping with the Museum’s goal of contributing positively to the community and neighbors, the FASNY Museum of Firefighting is proud to present a number of special community events throughout the year.
Dalmatian Day
Dalmatian Day at the FASNY Museum of Firefighting is one of the region’s premier get-togethers of this historic and noble breed (and their humans).

Super Saturdays
Join the Museum for these fun, family-friendly Saturday fire safety programs. The program and admission is free to Museum members and residents of Columbia County with proof of residency. The programs are included at no additional charge with paid Museum admission on Super Saturdays.
Muster
Are you a fire apparatus collector? An admirer? Well, look no further than the FASNY Museum of Firefighting’s Muster!
The next Muster is tentatively scheduled for 2025.

• Meet-and-Greet Live Dalmatians
• Lots of Games with Prizes For Kids
• Dalmatian-Themed Craft Projects
• The Comedy and Circus Stunts of Joshua J. Superstar
• Interactive Safety House Tours
• Vendor Giveaways… and Lots More Surprises!
All activities are FREE, and FREE admission to the Museum will also be offered during the event. Rain or Shine (activities inside or under cover). Lunch will also be available for purchase, and all purchases will benefit this event. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT.
PLEASE NOTE: Dalmatians that attend the event are vetted through the Museum. If you would like to bring a Dalmatian to the event, please contact terry@fasnyfiremuseum.com
Only vetted and approved dogs will be allowed to attend the event, and no other canines are allowed on the grounds. Thank you for your cooperation!

Join Molly the Museum Dog and some of her closest firefighter friends for a unique event you will not soon forget. Joining Molly will be local firefighters with their decorated firetrucks giving out treats. Come inside and collect even more treats from the trunks in the Museum! Collect treats, play games, and vote for your favorite firetruck and trunk. Have a safe and spooky pre-Halloween celebration at the Museum! 🎃
All activities, treats, and games are FREE and will be both indoors and outdoors (rain or shine– there will be a tent outdoors). FREE admission to the Museum will also be offered to all who attend this special event. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT.
