Scheduling your Junior Firefighter Party:

-Birthday parties must be scheduled 4 weeks in advance. We recommend booking your party as early as possible to ensure you get the date and time that best suits your needs. You must return the signed birthday agreement that will be sent to after you contact us to reserve your birthday party.

- Unfortunately, due to the Museum’s strict collection care policies, food or drink can’t be part of a party at the Museum.

- To schedule your child’s birthday party call 518-822-1875 ext 10 or use the "Contact us” page on this website to inquire about birthday parties or check possible party dates.

-Unscheduled parties that do not coordinate with us to have their party here at the Museum will be asked to leave. Please do not plan on using the facilities without scheduling in advance, as we dedicate extra staff and space to parties to ensure all of our visitors can enjoy the Museum, even on a party day.

All guests will be expected to follow the Museum’s conduct policies during the party. Please see the Museum’s Conduct policies below.

Museum Conduct Policies:

The Museum remains open to the general public during birthday parties. To ensure all visitors expectations for their Museum visit are met, and to keep all visitors and artifacts safe, we require Museum policies to be followed during your visit. Party chaperones are expected to assist Museum staff in ensuring these policies are followed as well. Below are some of the Museum's policies regarding conduct for all visitors in Museum galleries:

-No food or drink of any kind is allowed in the Museum.

-No running, jumping or horseplay is allowed in the Museum.

-All visitors must be good Museum citizens: use your inside voice and be considerate of others during your visit. Yelling or screaming is not tolerated.

-The touching of objects is allowed only when you see the Firestar logo
